PT Swarna Kanaka Parigraha in Semarang seeks a proactive Commercial & Partnership Coordinator to drive revenue through business development, manage commercial spaces and exhibitions, and build strong relationships with potential partners and event organizers.

You will develop and execute commercial and partnership plans, pursue opportunities like leasing, exhibitions, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in partnerships, sales, business development or event management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with external partners.

• Develop and execute commercial and partnership plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including leasing, exhibitions, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
