• At least 2 years in marketing, events, leasing, or sponsorship.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, sociable with strong networking abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to be placed at Samasta Bali.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate marketing, event, shopping programs, and promotional activities
• Manage event, sponsorship, and casual leasing activities
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, sponsors, vendors, and external partners
• Identify potential sponsorship and casual leasing opportunities
• Monitor program execution, budget, and target achievement
• Prepare activity reports and evaluations
