Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support administrative tasks, data analysis, and sales reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills, with proven expertise in casual leasing, sponsorship, and partnership management.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales & marketing activities to achieve individual and personal targets, as well as overall revenue goals.
• Conduct proactive canvassing, casual leasing, and business visits to schools, companies, communities, and other potential partners.
• Develop, secure, and manage strategic sponsorship and partnership programs to expand business networks and collaboration opportunities.
• Plan and execute selling programs, promotional events, and commercial activations.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, follow-ups, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, tenants, partnership, and business partners.
