Job summary

Hilton's DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies across all revenue streams, including Rooms, F&B, and events. You will drive top-line growth, profitability, and market share while aligning sales, marketing, and eCommerce activities with the brand’s vision.

The role requires deep Jakarta market knowledge, hotel pre-opening experience, and a track record of presenting to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Accomplished senior commercial leader with Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing experience.
• Deep knowledge of Jakarta market with strong local sales relationships.
• Hotel pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to present strategic plans to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments.
• Experience in analyzing financial data to drive decisions.
• Track record of identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Experience in multi-complex hotel or travel industry operations.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy across all revenue streams to drive top-line performance and market share growth.
• Lead pricing, forecasting, and revenue management to optimize revenue and margins.
• Align on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and PR to support brand positioning and demand generation.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and strengthen relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management and development of the commercial team.
