Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua is seeking a Commercial Director to develop and execute an integrated commercial strategy across all revenue streams, including group, conference, events, rooms, F&B, leisure, and spa, to drive top-line growth and market share in a pre-opening hotel.

The role requires leading revenue management, pricing, and forecasting, while aligning sales, marketing, and public relations to support brand positioning and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Accomplished senior commercial leader with proven Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing experience in the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy and execution across all revenue streams (GCE, Rooms, F&B, Leisure, Spa) to drive top-line performance and market share.
• Maximize revenue and profitability by partnering with GM and Finance to optimize cost of sales and margins.
• Lead pricing and forecasting including rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews.
