DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the hotel's revenue and market share strategy across all segments, from Rooms to F&B, Leisure and Spa. You will shape pricing, forecasting, and on-property commercial programs to maximize top-line performance in Indonesia’s highland destination.

Qualifikationen

• Accomplished senior commercial leader with proven Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing experience.

Aufgaben

• Own commercial strategy and execution: Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams - including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa - to drive top-line performance and market share growth
• Maximize revenue and profitability: Partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets
• Lead pricing and forecasting strategy: Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments
• Align sales and marketing efforts: Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand
• Adapt to market dynamics: Monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships: Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
