Job summary

Qualifications

• Manage collection dunning for 90 DPD and monitor delinquent portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with collection SOP and effectiveness of actions.
• Coordinate with BB RM/RO and monitor NPL in East Java & Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Dunning BB accounts bucket 60–90 DPD and achieve targets.
• Provide visit reports and maintain relations with internal/external parties.
• Liaise with BB RM/RO and implement new collection strategies.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.
