Posisi ini menuntut minimal 2 tahun pengalaman terkait, kemampuan bekerja dengan SQL/BI, serta kenyamanan menggunakan AI untuk menyusun dokumentasi dan SOP. Karyawan diharapkan terorganisir, teliti, dan komunikatif dalam tim lintas fungsi.

Qualifications

• Minimal 2 years of relevant experience in operations/data roles.
• Organized, precise, and able to maintain accuracy under high volume.
• Proficient with SQL or BI tooling to answer own questions.
• Familiar with spreadsheets and data reporting.
• Understanding of the Accommodation business is a plus.
• Strong data sense and ability to link numbers to business outcomes.
• Clear, proactive communication and ability to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily service-delivery processes with accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Refine SOPs; keep documentation accurate and updated.
• Troubleshoot routine ops cases and escalate where judgment is needed.
• Pull and clean operational data into clear reports.
• Use reports to spot issues and trends; support data-driven decisions.
• Leverage SQL or BI tools to answer questions without delays.
• Use AI tools to draft SOPs and speed up triage and routing.

• Follow and help refine standard operating procedures, keeping the documentation acurrate and updated
• Troubleshoot routine operational cases, escalating the exceptions that need a judgment call
• Pull and clean operational data into clear reporting
• That reporting is what the team uses to spot issues and trends
• You are fluent enough in SQL or a BI tool to answer your own questions without waiting on someone else
• Use AI tools to draft SOPs and speed up case triage, routing exceptions to a human rather than auto-resolving them

• You follow through on commitments without being chased.
• You are comfortable using AI tools to draft documentation and speed up routine work.
