Job summary

PT Cartrack South East Asia, part of Cartrack Holdings Ltd., is hiring a Collection Admin in Indonesia. You will support collection activities, coordinate with internal teams, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Based in Jakarta, you will manage documentation, ensure accuracy, and help maintain compliant collection processes. The role requires 1–2 years in administration and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Administration roles.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, charts) and basic Word for document prep.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection documents with Team Leader & Agent to follow up on outstanding payments and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to resolve collection issues.
• Analyze collection data, prepare reports and letters to support business decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy and assist reconciliation of payments, disputes, and outstanding accounts.
• Ensure collection activities follow internal policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

Collection Document– Coordinate with the Team Leader & Agent to follow up on outstanding payments and supporting documents (WHT, Collection Warning Letter, JNE Report).

Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve documents collection issues.

Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze collection data, prepare reports & letter to support business decisions.

Data Management & Reconciliation – Maintain data accuracy and assist in reconciling payments, disputes, and outstanding accounts.

Compliance – Ensure collection activities follow internal policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Administration roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and charts, as well as basic Microsoft Word skills for document preparation and business correspondence.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate, well-organized documentation.
