Job summary

Lima Padel Club is seeking a responsible Club Supervisor with a background in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations in Bali. You will act as the second-in-command to the Club Manager, supporting daily club operations and coordinating the team.

You will oversee daily F&B and restaurant operations, supervise the service team, ensure cleanliness and presentation standards, and handle guest feedback. Strong leadership and proactive, organized approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar position is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
