Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our frontline team at a Padel club in Tangerang Selatan. You will manage daily operations, coordinate reception, court attendants, and maintenance tasks to ensure a warm, resort-like guest experience.

You will drive smooth check-ins, court bookings, and payments while guiding staff on service standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm during busy periods.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or similar venues.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily club operations, including opening, shift handovers, and closing.
• Lead and coordinate receptionists, greeters, court attendants, security, and housekeeping.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Oversee bookings, session schedules, racket rentals, payments, and equipment readiness.
• Coordinate team via radios/earpieces for prompt, discreet guest service.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
• Inspect courts, lounges, toilets, and changing rooms for cleanliness and safety.
• Organize staff assignments and breaks to maintain coverage.
• Coach staff on hospitality standards, communication, grooming, and teamwork.
• Monitor supplies, rental gear, and daily transaction records; report discrepancies.
• Prepare daily operation reports and support events and group bookings.
