Job summary

Amazon Web Services Indonesia is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help customers adopt cloud technology, diagnose issues, and design scalable architectures that deliver measurable business value.

You will work with enterprise and startup customers, provide ongoing guidance, coordinate with service teams, and act as a trusted liaison to ensure operational health and successful cloud adoption across APJC/ASEAN, including Indonesia. Travel up to 10% or more may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a TAM/consultant-like role.
• Expertise in two or more technical domains (e.g., networking, compute, data, security).
• Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with ability to articulate concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong foundation of knowledge around AWS cloud services and the cloud ecosystem.
• Work with customers of all sizes to execute on the Enterprise Support value proposition of AWS.
• Assist with operational support needs for customers using AWS.
• Collaborate with experienced TAMs to share best-practice knowledge within AWS communities.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
• Represent AWS within a customer environment and drive discussions on incidents, trade-offs and risk management.
