Job summary

Amazon Web Services Indonesia is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth and adoption of AWS services among cross-industry customers in Indonesia. You will build relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders, understand business objectives, and deliver tailored cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with AWS teams to execute deals, identify opportunities, and expand existing relationships while providing thought leadership on cloud innovation and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of stakeholder or account management experience.
• 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
• Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders for cross industry customers.
• Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and cloud adoption goals.
• Develop tailored AWS solutions to address customer needs and drive business outcomes.
• Drive growth and adoption of AWS services among assigned customers.
• Collaborate with AWS teams (sales, solutions architecture, professional services) to execute customer deals and projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise on AWS services and cloud innovation.
• Manage deal pipeline, forecast, and reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and success with AWS services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity in Telco and enterprise sectors.
