Job summary

Amazon Web Services Indonesia is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth and adoption of AWS services across cross-industry customers in Indonesia. You will build strong relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders, understand their business objectives, and provide tailored cloud solutions to address unique challenges.

You will collaborate with AWS teams, partners, and customers to grow the business and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

4+ years stakeholder or account management experience or AWS/cloud experience.
7+ years direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders for cross-industry customers.
Understand customer objectives, challenges, and cloud adoption goals.
Develop tailored AWS solutions to address customer needs and drive business outcomes.
Drive growth and adoption of AWS services among assigned customers.
Collaborate with AWS teams to execute customer deals and projects.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Provide thought leadership and expertise on AWS services and cloud innovation.
Manage deal pipeline, forecast, and reporting.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and success with AWS services.
