Job summary

Amazon Web Services Indonesia is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects across ASEAN. You will combine program management with technical credibility to drive customer outcomes and ensure successful AWS-based implementations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, align business needs with technical solutions, and advance AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework practices while fostering an inclusive, high-performance

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services, architectures, and best practices

Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements mapped to business outcomes
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable deliverables
Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards
