Job summary

Amazon Web Services Indonesia is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth and adoption of AWS services across cross-industry customers in Indonesia. You will build relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders, understand their objectives, and provide tailored cloud solutions to address their challenges and opportunities.

You will work with AWS teams to develop go-to-market strategies, identify new opportunities, and expand existing relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in stakeholder or account management, or AWS/cloud experience.
• 7+ years direct sales or business development selling to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders for cross industry customers.
• Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and cloud adoption goals.
• Develop tailored AWS solutions to address customer needs and drive business outcomes.
• Drive growth and adoption of AWS services among assigned customers.
• Collaborate with AWS teams (sales, solutions architecture, professional services) to execute customer deals and projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise on AWS services and cloud innovation.
• Manage deal pipeline, forecast, and reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and success with AWS services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity in banking and enterprise sectors
