Job summary

PT Datacomm Diangraha in Jakarta seeks a capable Cloud Service Support Technician to join our team. The role covers cloud service fulfillment using VMWare, KVM, OpenStack, Zerto, Acronis and related systems, as well as ongoing cloud operations, backup/restoration management, IP management, and reporting.

You will monitor services with MRTG/PRTG/Grafana, handle L1 incidents, and coordinate with customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (VMware, KVM, OpenStack, Zerto, Acronis).
• Familiarity with Linux distributions and Windows Server.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools (MRTG, PRTG, Grafana).

Responsibilities

• Shifting 24x7 as part of cloud support.
• Fulfill cloud service delivery tasks (VMware, KVM, OpenStack, Acronis, Zerto, Linux, Windows Server).
• Operate cloud services (backup/restore, IP management, reporting).
• Monitor cloud services using MRTG/PRTG/Grafana.
• Handle L1 incidents and coordinate with customers for troubleshooting.
