Job summary

Glints in Batam is seeking a Cloud & Security Administrator to manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency for business users.

Role covers CA policies, Intune, SharePoint Online and Teams governance, with collaboration across infrastructure, security, and application teams to drive automation and reliability.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or Information Systems.
• 3+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Intune MDM/MAM and governance of SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, and data protection controls.
• Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS; ability to monitor and optimize costs.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks using scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and cloud security posture management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services: Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
• Manage user lifecycle, CA policies, MFA, and identity protection controls.
• Configure DLP and information protection policies; support eDiscovery and compliance reporting.

Position Objectives

In this role you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, security enforcement, and operational support of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments. The role ensures platforms are secure, compliant, resilient, and operationally efficient, supporting business users while meeting regulatory and audit requirements.

Requirements

Education:

University degree in one of the following or related disciplines (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Systems).

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (3+ years)
• Proven experience with Intune MDM/MAM
• In-depth knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security
• Experience managing SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams governance
• Strong understanding of DLP, compliance, and data protection controls
• Solid experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS services
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort through scripting

Automation & Scripting Skills

• Experience with PowerShell and/or Python scripting for automation is an advantage
• Familiarity with Azure or M365 automation frameworks, APIs, or runbooks is a plus
• Knowledge on developing dashboard using Power BI is an advantage

Desirable Skills

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Manage user lifecycle (provisioning, access management, offboarding)
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies, MFA, and identity protection controls
• Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and Compliance policies
• Support eDiscovery, retention policies, audit logs, and compliance reporting

Endpoint & Device Management (Intune)

• Administer Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) for BYOD devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS
• Define and enforce device compliance, application protection policies, and security baselines
• Troubleshoot device enrolment, application deployment, and access issues

Azure Cloud Administration

• Administer Azure resources including:
• Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux)
• Networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway)
• Azure PaaS services (e.g. App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL)
• Monitor availability, performance, and cost using Azure-native tools
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and resilience requirements

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Implement cloud security controls aligned with organisational and regulatory requirements
• Support audit requests, inspections, and evidence preparation
• Collaborate with security, risk, and governance teams to remediate findings
• Ensure adherence to internal change, incident, and access management processes
