Qualifications

• Minimum Education S1 all major
• 2 years of service industry experience, beauty clinic preferred
• Critical, analytical, dynamic problem solver

• Understand administration, strategy, clinical management
• Accustomed to working with targets
• Eager to learn (fast learner)
• Great public speaking (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical operations run smoothly and in accordance with procedures
• Ensure the overall target for clinics is achieved
• Make effective planning to achieve targets
• Set the team schedule (all positions)
• Understand clinical licensing (experience preferred)
• Responsible for inventory, inspection, maintenance of all clinical equipment
• Provide operational reports and regular clinical income
• Responsible for clinical services
• Manage employee discipline, performance, and development
