Job summary

PT GROWVIA KONSULTAN SINERGI is seeking a client relations specialist to provide clients with necessary data and information and to drive the end-to-end onboarding process, including coordinating training and generating transaction reports.

You will serve as the primary contact for client information and complaint resolutions, requiring excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills, with readiness to travel overseas for business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Relations/Customer Service/Customer Retention/Key Account Management or similar B2B roles.
• Willing to travel overseas for business.
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving and relationship abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with necessary data and information.
• Manage the end-to-end new client onboarding process, from initial request to final handover.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions for clients.
• Prepare and generate transaction reports.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all client information and complaint resolutions.
