Role Description

The Marketing Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Jakarta. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Viction.id’s educational content and trading programs. Daily tasks include assisting with market research, coordinating content and promotional activities across digital channels, engaging with prospective learners, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Staff will also collaborate with the team to strengthen brand awareness, maintain customer relationships, and provide feedback on marketing performance. This role requires close coordination with content, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with audiences, collaborate with internal teams, and present ideas clearly.


• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, understand target segments, and help design effective campaigns.
