Role And Responsibilities

• Build and scale a sales pipeline
• Drive partnerships with brands, agencies, and programmatic ecosystem players
• Sell data-led audience solutions (not just media)
• Own revenue, growth, and market expansion in Indonesia

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in adtech / martech / data / programmatic
• Well-versed with media buying approach and thought process
• Strong network across agencies or direct advertisers in Indonesia
• Experience selling DMP/CDP/data or audience solutions
• A builder mindset, comfortable with 0 to 1 ownership
• Someone who wants to own outcomes, not just execution
