We enable brands and agencies to move beyond basic targeting and leverage data-driven audience strategies at scale. As an established business in India with over 3 years of presence in Indonesia, we’re now looking for someone who can scale Segumento’s audience business in Indonesia.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build and scale a sales pipeline
• Drive partnerships with brands, agencies, and programmatic ecosystem players
• Sell data-led audience solutions (not just media)
• Own revenue, growth, and market expansion in Indonesia

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in adtech/martech/data/programmatic
• Well versed with media buying approach and thought process
• Strong network across agencies or direct advertisers in Indonesia
• Experience selling DMP/CDP/data or audience solutions
• A builder mindset, comfortable with 0 → 1 ownership
• Someone who wants to own outcomes, not just execution
