Job summary

black digital is seeking an organized Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with Account Managers, participate in client meetings, and communicate directly with clients on routine matters to ensure deadlines, decisions, and deliverables move forward.

This role requires strong writing, project coordination, and attention to detail, as you will manage tasks, timelines, briefs, and assets in shared tools like Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and produce polished meeting recaps with action items, owners, and deadlines.
• Liaise directly with clients on routine requests, project updates, missing materials, feedback, and approvals, in coordination with Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate tasks, timelines, assignments, and follow-ups in Monday.com; flag risks and outstanding dependencies early.
• Coordinate with creative, content, web, and paid media teams to move client deliverables through production and review.
• Prepare client-facing presentations, status updates, and impact reports; collect performance data, check accuracy, and draft concise summaries.
• Support content calendars, campaign deliverables, creative briefs, and approval workflows.
• Review deliverables for completeness, copy accuracy, formatting, links, and alignment with briefs before client review.
• Maintain organized client records, meeting notes, assets, and project documents in Google Workspace.
• Assist Account Managers with scope and time-tracking awareness; flag requests that may fall outside contracted work.
• Occasionally attend in-person client meetings or events in NYC or the DMV, with advance notice and approved travel arrangements.
• Perform other duties and support related projects as needed, consistent with the scope of the role, agreed working hours, and business priorities.
