Cryoskin Bali is hiring for a Client Consultant & Relationship Manager to greet clients, assess needs, and design treatment plans. You will explain treatments, build packages, and drive sales while maintaining strong client relationships. You will also learn to perform treatments and, later, train new team members.

The role is full-time, on-site in Bali, with base salary and commissions. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required, and experience in wellness or medical devices is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in a clinic, as a nurse, in a retreat, wellness center, or with beauty/medical devices to start consulting quickly.
• Sales experience is a strong plus and helps close packages.
• Good understanding of the wellness industry and comfort with international customers.
• Warm, confident, and adept at asking for the sale.
• Very organized and proactive in keeping clients engaged.

Cryoskin is a non-invasive body and skin treatment studio. We are hiring now and looking for a client-facing person who can run the studio floor: meet clients, understand what they need, recommend the right treatment plan, close the sale, and keep the relationship going.

What you will do

Meet every new client, ask the right questions and run the consultation and assessment

Explain how the treatments work, and what results are realistic

Build and sell treatment packages that fit each client

Follow up after every visit and every enquiry: rebook, upsell, bring back lost clients

Keep the client list clean and up to date in our CRM

Learn to run the treatments yourself, so you can cover the team when needed

Later: train and coach new team members on the treatments

What we are looking for

Required: experience in a clinic, as a nurse, in a retreat, wellness center, biohacking or longevity center, or with beauty or medical devices, so you can start consulting within weeks. Sales experience is a strong plus

Good understanding of the wellness industry, and confident working with international customers

Warm and confident with people, and comfortable asking for the sale

Very organised: you do not let a client go quiet

Fast learner who can understand how a device and a treatment work

Indonesian citizen, fluent in both Indonesian and English

Sales and consulting are equal parts of the job: you advise the client and you close the package

What we offer

Full-time, on-site in Bali

Base salary of IDR 12 million a month plus commission on all sales: expected total IDR 15–16 million, more in strong months. The salary package can be discussed based on seniority and experience
