Job summary

Sompo Insurance Indonesia is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage end-to-end motor insurance and extended warranty claim operations. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant resolution while enhancing the customer experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize claim performance and service quality, handle daily claim processes, and serve as the PIC for partners, bringing strong analytical and negotiation skills to the role.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Motor claims.
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a claims service in the insurance industry to handle daily claim processes and/or extended warranties.
• Understands the technical and financial aspects of claims and extended warranty knowledge.
• Can operate MS Office (MS Excel is preferred).
• Able to speak English and communicate effectively with partners.

Job requirements:

Have at least 3 years of experience as a claims service in the insurance industry to handle daily claim processes and/or extended warranties

Can handle partners directly as a PIC, and has strong analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Can work as team, work in details, discipline and manage task

Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university

Able to speak English & can operate MS Office (MS Excel is preferred)
