Job summary

PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia is seeking a compliance professional to support the implementation and monitoring of programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to insurance regulations.

You will coordinate with OJK, ensure timely submission of regulatory reports, conduct compliance training, and perform assessments to identify gaps, aiming to strengthen governance and ethical standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in Law.
• 2 years minimum experience in insurance (preferably general insurance).
• Proficiency in English.
• Extensive knowledge and deep analysis of OJK Regulation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communicative and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to corporate governance.

Job requirement:

Bachelors' degree of Law.

Experienced in insurance company (preferably general insurance) for minimum 2 years.

Capable to have conversation in English.

Extensive knowledge and have a deep analysis regarding OJK Regulation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Communicative and able to work in individually or in a team.

Strong ethical standards and commitment to corporate governance.
