Job summary

PT Suryacipta Swadaya is seeking a Development Planner to collect and consolidate development data, structure work packages, and support the master schedule with milestones, start and finish dates, dependencies and priorities.

You will prepare layouts and maps showing completed, ongoing, and planned work packages, maintain the planning database, and coordinate with Master Planning, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Sales & Marketing to align development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in project planning or development planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Able to read masterplans, site plans, engineering drawings, and layouts.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; GIS/QGIS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate development data from relevant departments.
• Structure development activities into work packages with scope and dependencies.
• Assist in updating the development master schedule with milestones.
• Prepare layouts and maps showing completed, ongoing, and planned work.
• Maintain the development planning database for accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate with Master Planning, Land Development Planning, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Sales & Marketing.
• Prepare periodic planning reports and presentations for management reviews.
