Job summary

PT Intiland Development Tbk is seeking an Engineering Administration specialist to support the Engineering team in Surabaya. You will manage operational scheduling, maintain technical archives, and monitor utility consumption to ensure efficient facilities management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Architecture) and at least 1 year of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is essential, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture) or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Engineering Administration or Facility Management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Basic understanding of MEP terminology and Work Order processes is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with high attention to accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and proactive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, document, and monitor maintenance timelines for MEP systems.
• Arrange staff shifts and track attendance records.
• Coordinate Engineering team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Organize, store, and archive technical drawings, manuals, SOPs, work orders, and technical reports.
• Manage and distribute internal memos and operational documents.
• Record, compile, and document utility bills and consumption accurately.
• Monitor daily and monthly utility usage anomalies through logbooks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operations, work order progress, maintenance, and utility usage.
