PT Suryacipta Swadaya is seeking a Development Planner to collect and consolidate development data, structure work packages, and support the master schedule with milestones, start and finish dates, dependencies and priorities.

You will prepare layouts and maps showing completed, ongoing, and planned work packages, maintain the planning database, and coordinate with Master Planning, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Sales & Marketing to align development plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in project planning or development planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Able to read masterplans, site plans, engineering drawings, and layouts.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; GIS/QGIS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Collect and consolidate development data, including work quantities, project status, and planning documents from relevant departments.
• Structure development activities into work packages based on scope, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring each activity is properly assigned and categorized.
• Assist in preparing and updating the development master schedule, including project milestones, start and finish dates, dependencies, and development priorities.
• Prepare and update development layouts and maps showing completed, ongoing, and planned work packages, including their locations and boundaries.
• Maintain and validate the development planning database, ensuring project information is accurate, consistent, traceable, and up to date.
• Coordinate with Master Planning, Land Development Planning, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Sales & Marketing teams to obtain updates and align development plans.
• Prepare periodic planning reports, progress summaries, timelines, and presentations to support management reviews and development decisions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project planning, development planning, project programming, or a related role.
• Familiar with development planning, work package structuring, project scheduling, and project database management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Project for schedule preparation and monitoring.
• Able to read and interpret masterplans, site plans, engineering drawings, and development layouts.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; experience with GIS/QGIS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of project data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project certifications are preferred.
