Job summary

PT Suryacipta Swadaya, a subsidiary of PT. Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, seeks a Lead Civil Engineer to drive design across infrastructure and building projects in Jakarta.

You will lead development and review of civil designs, technical documents, and standards. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensure documentation control, and coordinate with stakeholders to align design and execution with codes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Lead development and delivery of civil engineering designs, technical documentation, part specifications, and design standards across infrastructure and building projects.
• Oversee and review detailed engineering calculations, structural analyses, and technical plans.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team across departments.
• Conduct trend research and foster innovation in design processes, material selection, and modelling methodologies.
• Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and compliance for all technical changes, engineering drawings, and revisions.

• Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and compliance for all technical changes, engineering drawings, and revisions.
• Evaluate team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and align goals with company objectives.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and long-term project planning.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety protocols, and industry standards at every stage of the design and finalization process.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on design and execution requirements.

Supervise the use of civil engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000) and ensure team proficiency in technical platforms.
