Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; GIS/QGIS experience is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret masterplans, site plans, engineering drawings and development layouts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and maintain a centralized database of regional development projects.
• Structure and organize development work packages with clear linking and preparation tasks.
• Assist in building and integrating the master development schedule with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and inter-departmental plans.
• Collaborate with planning teams to create and update spatial development maps showing project statuses across the master plan.
• Perform regular data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability across planning records.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project scopes, schedules, and priorities; prepare periodic reports for management.
