Job summary

PT Suryacipta Swadaya is seeking an experienced Master Planner to develop and update the area masterplan, manage land bank, and prepare land allocation proposals in line with regulations and infrastructure readiness. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Urban & Regional Planning and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban & Regional Planning or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in master planning, urban planning, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of master planning, land use, land banking, and zoning regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; GIS/QGIS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update area masterplan including land use, zoning, development parameters, and development phasing.
• Manage and monitor land bank: land availability, allocation, development status, and potential.
• Prepare land allocation and plot proposals based on business needs and infrastructure readiness.
• Prepare planning studies, maps, reports, and spatial analyses to support decisions.
• Maintain planning databases and spatial information related to land use and development status.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Land Acquisition, consultants, contractors, and authorities to implement planning requirements.
• Support preparation of documents for development permits and regulatory submissions.
