Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia seeks a leader to own omnichannel sales, distributor operations and offline store management within an assigned city territory. You will build strong distributor relationships, expand sales channels, and drive regional targets while coaching a local sales team.

Qualifications

Industry Background: Candidates with 3C digital channel management experience are highly preferred. Applicants with home appliance or PC industry backgrounds will also be considered. FMCG retail channel experience is acceptable.
Proven end-to-end operation experience covering traditional offline channels and distributor account management.
Solid capability in leading mid-to-large teams; able to establish teams of up to 100 staff, implement target management and provide performance coaching.
Strong skills in business negotiation, data analysis and channel operation, with robust drive for business growth.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of omnichannel sales, distributor operation and offline store overall management within assigned city territory.
Maintain solid relationships with local distributors, expand sales channels, deliver regional sales targets, build local sales teams and oversee daily personnel management.
Optimize regional channel operation strategies via business data analysis, and fully achieve city-level performance KPIs.
