Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a City Manager to drive sales performance and optimize store operations across smartphones, tablets, and AIoT products. You will manage dealer relationships, monitor inventory, and implement programs to increase market share within your city.

Ideal candidates have sales or retail management experience, preferably in electronics, and a strong understanding of channel operations to execute city-level plans in alignment with Xiaomi's national strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail management, including managerial-level experience.
• Preferably with experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of channel management and dealer operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-thru and sell-out performance for devices within the assigned area.
• Execute IHS and Champion projects to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Monitor stock levels and DOS to ensure healthy inventory rotation.
• Implement NPL programs, store activities, and marketing programs according to strategy.
• Manage and resolve payments, store, and dealer-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure stock availability and smooth product flow.
• Conduct competitor monitoring and market intelligence reporting.
• Prepare sales forecasts and develop monthly action plans.
• Manage dealer performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Work with Xiaomi Channel Team to align city-level execution with national strategy.
