Job summary

Qualifications

• Frontline retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Xiaomi New Retail model is a plus.
• Over 2 years of store management experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics is highly desirable.
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store operations and management with partner stores.
• Formulate sales plans and lead partner teams to meet targets.
• Maintain communication with platform and headquarters to implement strategies.
• Monitor turnover and coordinate replenishment with partners to ensure VM standards.
• Supervise in-store customer service and handle complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit and train store employees with partners and maintain staffing and service quality.
