Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of both authorized stores and direct-operated stores, familiar with dual-mode operation standards and implementation, regional store operations and compliance.
• Lead regional store expansion and partner recruitment, independently negotiate with property management and distributors, execute new store location selection, contract signing and launch.
• Manage a portfolio of stores across the region, oversee end-to-end inventory (purchase, sales, inventory), ensure product supply, stock turnover, asset management and store audits to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the regional sales team, conduct performance evaluation, coaching and regular training to enhance team capability, accountable for regional sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, stores and business partners, monitor promotion execution, product distribution and sell-out to support sustainable growth.
• Develop regional sales strategies, track performance achievement, optimize execution plans to deliver regional sales and profitability goals.
