Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a Store Lead Consultant for the North/South/Central/East Jakarta region to drive store operations and sales performance. You will collaborate with partner store managers, formulate strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The role requires strong retail background, ownership, and teamwork, with a preference for those familiar with Xiaomi New Retail models and mobile/consumer electronics sectors.

Qualifications

• Frontline retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Xiaomi New Retail model is a plus.
• 2+ years store management in mobile/consumer electronics desirable.
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store operation and management with partner store managers.
• Formulate sales plans and lead teams to hit targets.
• Coordinate with platform and HQ to implement company strategies.
• Monitor merchandise turnover and ensure VM standards.
• Supervise in-store customer service and handle complaints.
• Recruit and train store staff to ensure staffing and service quality.
• Maintain strong communication with partners to execute strategies.
