Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of store management experience in mobile/consumer electronics.
• Prior frontline retail experience is preferred; Xiaomi New Retail knowledge is a plus.
• College diploma or bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partner store manager for daily operations.
• Formulate sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain good communication with headquarters and platform.
• Ensure VM standards and timely merchandise replenishment with partners.
