Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Chinese-speaking Factory Procurement Integrated Planning Specialist to coordinate IBP/S&OP across demand, supply, and procurement after customer orders are confirmed. On-site in South Jakarta, you will align schedules with overseas suppliers and global HQ, ensuring production readiness and material availability.

You will drive data-driven planning, monitor forecast accuracy, and collaborate with regional teams, using SAP/Oracle and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable Indonesian or overseas university.

Responsibilities

• Initiate integrated planning activities immediately after customer purchase orders are confirmed.
• Coordinate closely with overseas suppliers and global headquarters to align production schedules, material planning, and supply availability.
• Execute Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across demand forecasts, inventory, procurement, and production planning.
• Manage product version transitions, supply constraints, and production cutover planning to minimize operational risks.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, procurement performance, and supply chain planning metrics using ERP systems and analytical tools.
• Analyze planning data to identify potential supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and regional planning teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support operational and management decision-making.
