Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Chinese-speaking Factory Procurement Integrated Planning Specialist in South Jakarta, Indonesia (on-site). The role coordinates IBP, S&OP, demand and supply planning, and cross-border coordination to ensure production readiness and material availability after customer orders.

You will collaborate with global HQ, suppliers, and regional teams to drive data-driven planning, monitor KPIs in ERP systems, and support end-to-end supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university (Indonesia or abroad).
• Minimum 3 years in supply chain planning, procurement planning, or related roles in ICT/telecom/manufacturing.
• 1–2 years in roles such as Supply Chain Specialist or Planning Specialist.
• Strong IBP/S&OP knowledge, procurement, and manufacturing planning processes.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regional/global teams.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Initiate integrated planning after customer purchase orders are confirmed.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and HQ to align production schedules and material planning.
• Execute IBP and S&OP across demand, inventory, procurement, and production planning.
• Manage product version transitions, supply constraints, and cutover planning.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and procurement performance via ERP analytics.
• Analyze data to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, manufacturing, and regional teams to execute plans.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and business analyses for decision-making.
