Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking a senior technology and cybersecurity leader in Jakarta to define and drive strategy across cloud, SIEM/SOAR, and threat management. You will oversee a senior team, mentor leaders, and coordinate with clients and government entities to deliver premium security services.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and alignment with business goals, including pre-sales support and executive-level engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s technology and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals.
• Operations & Defense: Lead the SOC, incident response, threat monitoring, and cyber defense operations.
• Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of premium cybersecurity services including VAPT, red teaming, cloud security, and MSSP offerings.
• Architecture & Innovation: Design and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure and security architecture.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Advise enterprise and government clients on cybersecurity risks, solutions, and best practices.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance, policies, standards, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
• Vendor & Asset Management: Manage partnerships, vendors, budgets, and cybersecurity investments.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, stakeholder management, communication, strategic decision making.
• Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, OSCP or equivalent.
• Technology Stack (Advantageous): Google SecOps, Mandiant, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Splunk.
