Job summary

Techconnect seeks a seasoned security operations leader to oversee IT security across networks, cybersecurity, and endpoints in Jakarta. You will report security posture to management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive KPI performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in IT security operations, with experience in SIEM, patch management, DLP, anti-DDoS, sandbox, and AI security technologies. Indonesian work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in information technology security operations.
• Experience across network security, cybersecurity and endpoint security.
• Experience reporting security posture to management and escalation of incidents.
• Eligible to work in Indonesia.
• Department head level experience is a plus.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Security certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other managers to determine operational needs.
• Evaluate team performance to achieve KPI target.
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
• Review reports on incidents of IT security attack.
• Analyze and investigate to resolve issues IT security attack.
• Create reports for management on IT security status.
• Responsible in operational User Management and SOC team.
• Lead security operations focused on information technology environments, including network, cybersecurity, and endpoint security oversight.
• Prepare management reporting on overall IT security posture and operational status.
• Support operational user management and SOC team effectiveness.
