Job summary

Techconnect is seeking a senior cybersecurity technology leader to define and execute the company-wide security strategy. You will lead SOC operations, incident response, and threat monitoring while delivering premium services across VAPT, red teaming, and cloud security.

The role requires deep expertise in security architecture, governance and cross-functional leadership to drive innovation and client success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology and cybersecurity with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead SOC, incident response, and MSSP-like operations.
• Strong cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR expertise.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's technology and cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead SOC, incident response, threat monitoring and defense operations.
• Oversee premium cybersecurity service delivery (VAPT, red teaming, cloud security).
• Design secure, scalable infrastructure and drive automation.
• Advise enterprise and government clients, support pre-sales and engagement.
• Establish governance, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage vendor relationships and cybersecurity investments.
