Techconnect seeks an accomplished information security leader to architect and run a comprehensive security program in Jakarta. The role requires guiding risk management, incident response, and security governance across business units while staying current with threats and technologies.

Collaboration with external bodies is essential. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in information security, a CISSP or equivalent certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive security

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security.
• CISSP or other relevant security certification
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, technologies, and frameworks
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and infrastructure components
• Experience with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence tools, incident response tools, and vulnerability management solutions; familiarity with ISO-27001, PCI DSS
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strategic thinking; proactive and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program that protects the organization's assets from unauthorized access, disruption, modification, or destruction.
• Manage security risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and vulnerabilities.
• Respond to security incidents by quickly and effectively containing, investigating, and remediating the incident.
• Work with business units to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and technologies.
• Represent the organization to external organizations on security matters.
