Job summary

TechConnect GmbH in Jakarta is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to define and execute the company’s technology and cybersecurity strategy. You will lead high-performing teams across SOC, incident response, threat monitoring, and cyber defense operations.

You will drive service delivery for premium cybersecurity offerings, shape secure architecture, and advise enterprise and government clients on risks and solutions, including pre-sales support and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in technology and cybersecurity with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Hands-on with SOC, incident response, threat monitoring, and MSSP environments.
• Deep cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR, and security architecture expertise.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls frameworks.
• Proven consulting or delivery of enterprise security projects with client-facing work.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, OSCP preferred.
• Familiarity with Google SecOps, Mandiant, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Strategically define and execute the company’s tech and cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead and mentor high-performing technology and cybersecurity teams.
• Oversee SOC, incident response, threat monitoring and cyber defense operations.
• Manage premium cybersecurity services delivery (VAPT, red teaming, cloud security).
• Design scalable, secure architecture; drive automation and improvement.
• Advise enterprise/government clients, support pre-sales and solution architecture.
• Establish and enforce governance, policies, standards and ISO/NIST/CIS controls.
