Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking a strategic technology and cybersecurity leader to define and execute the company’s security strategy while mentoring high-performing teams. You will oversee the SOC, incident response, threat monitoring, and cyber defense operations.

The role demands deep expertise in cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR, and risk management, plus hands-on experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in technology and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing a SOC, incident response, and MSSP environments.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud security and threat detection.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Define and execute security strategy aligned with business goals.
• Operations & Defense: Oversee SOC, incident response, and cyber defense.
• Service Delivery: Manage premium cybersecurity services delivery.
• Architecture & Innovation: Design secure, scalable security architecture.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Advise on risks and solutions; support pre-sales.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance and standards.
• Vendor & Asset Management: Handle partnerships, budgets, and investments.
