Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with a growing information technology and cybersecurity business in Indonesia to hire a Head of Corporate HR. You will lead the people strategy, drive organisational development, talent management, total rewards, and HR operations to support transformation and expansion.

You will oversee HR budgeting, workforce planning, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape the long-term people agenda in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience including senior leadership overseeing multiple functions.
• Strong background in technology/IT or professional services industries.
• Proven expertise in Organisational Development, Talent Management, and strategic HR planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and annual work plans aligned with the business objectives.
• Lead HR functions including Talent Management, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
• Drive Organizational Development to improve structure, workforce effectiveness, and performance.
• Develop and enhance Total Rewards frameworks, including job grading, compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking, and performance management.
• Partner with senior management on HR budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic people decisions.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, and employee performance initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to support efficiency and growth.
• Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with business priorities.
