Position Overview

Lead the organisation's overall technology strategy, IT operations, and digital transformation programmes across the enterprise.
Drive technology innovation, operational excellence, and business alignment to strengthen organisational performance and future readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with organisational goals and business priorities.
• Lead and oversee IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and technology development functions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business processes, operational efficiency, and overall organisational performance.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise technology systems and digital solutions.
• Establish and maintain IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and data protection frameworks.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with substantial experience in senior leadership or management positions.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is required.
• Proven track record in developing IT strategies, leading digital transformation initiatives, and managing enterprise technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary IT teams and managing complex technology projects.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
• Experience in developing and executing enterprise IT strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Expertise in digital transformation, enterprise technology systems, and technology-enabled business improvement.
• Experience managing IT budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and external service providers.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
