Job summary

Simonyan Consulting, Bali-based fashion operations brand, seeks an operator to lead day-to-day operations across production, logistics, staffing, and vendor relationships. You will build SOPs, workflows, and accountability systems to drive performance and align with Bali and Java-based manufacturers.

You will manage staff across store, production, and admin teams, oversee payments and vendor invoicing, and act as the CEO's filter—prioritising what gets attention and routing what doesn’t.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bali-based or willing to commit full-time in Bali.
• Operationally proven with teams, vendors, or multi-stream operations in a real business context.
• Low ego, high ownership; you don't seek credit, you drive outcomes.
• Trustworthy with visibility into financials, supplier relationships, and company strategy.
• Culturally fluent; you understand Indonesian business culture and operate in an internationally-minded brand.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations across production, logistics, staffing, and vendor relationships.
• Building and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and accountability systems that hold.
• Supplier communication and negotiation with Bali and Java-based manufacturers.
• Staff management across store, production, and admin teams.
• Payment approvals, vendor invoicing, and non-accounting financial oversight.
• Acting as the CEO's filter, prioritising what gets attention, routing what doesn't.
• Solving problems as they surface, and building systems so they don't surface twice.
